2. Collection of Data / Processing of data / Contacting for Information Sharing: Categories of data processed by us are as follows:

Online Identifiers and other Technical Data

User/s Liability: If the user/s breach any of the terms and conditions of the Websites or any law or do any act or deed that affects the rights of third parties, SMARTWORLD reserves the right to block / withdraw access to such user/s, without any notice. SMARTWORLD also reserves the right to claim from such user/s for any loss or damage suffered by SMARTWORLD or aforesaid third parties due to such breach. The user/s agree to indemnify / keep indemnified SMARTWORLD, its directors, employees and representatives from and against any claims, damages, loss, cost that arise directly or indirectly out and from user/s breach of terms and conditions of the Websites and / or the user/s activities in connection with the Websites. In case SMARTWORLD fails to act with respect to a breach by such user/s, such failure shall not constitute a waiver, nor shall it preclude SMARTWORLD from exercising its right to act in respect of subsequent breaches.
